We’re a fast-growing, national management company supporting outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics across 25 states with more than 50 partner organizations. Our focus is on helping clinics deliver outstanding patient care while we handle the operational backbone. We’re scaling quickly and need a finance leader who can both set the vision and roll up their sleeves.

What You’ll Do
- Own the entire finance function: accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analytics and revenue cycle.
- Make sure our books are accurate, our reports are timely, and our leadership team has the data it needs to make decisions.
- Lead month-end, mid-month and year-end closes, and work directly with auditors and banks.
- Build & Monitor dashboards and financial models that tell the real story behind the numbers.
- Partner with the President, COO and leadership team on acquisitions, new markets, and long-term planning.
- Mentor and grow the finance & analytical team – whether that’s training junior staff or leading experienced managers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations across multiple states.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or MBA is a plus, not a requirement).
- Solid experience in healthcare finance (outpatient, physician practice, or multi-site operations preferred).
- Hands-on knowledge of full-cycle accounting
- A self-motivated, adaptable individual who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing team.
