Your Role
As our new Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and enabling growth across our go-to-market teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to analyze data, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights that support revenue growth. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, systems, and strategy.

Leadership Competencies
- Partner with leadership to develop executive- and board-level reporting.
- Provide scenario modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align processes and outcomes.
Job Family Competencies – Knowledge
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, marketing funnels, and customer success metrics.
- Familiarity with subscription and recurring revenue models.
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Comfort with revenue analytics, pipeline analysis, and forecasting methodologies.
Functional Competencies – Skills and Execution
- Build, maintain, and analyze revenue dashboards, forecasts, and KPI reports.
- Track go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Evaluate and streamline workflows for lead management, opportunity tracking, customer lifecycle reporting, and territory planning.
- Manage CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., OnRamp, Vitally, Intercom), ensuring system accuracy and data integrity.
- Support automation, tool integrations, and data management projects.
- Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Table
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Have 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Possess strong data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
- Have experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Excel at interpreting data, identifying patterns, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
- Are proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Are curious, resourceful, and process-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Have excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Are passionate about data-driven decision-making and enabling go-to-market success.
