Your Role

As our new Analyst, Revenue Operations, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and enabling growth across our go-to-market teams. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to analyze data, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights that support revenue growth. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of analytics, systems, and strategy.

Bring our guiding principles to life by helping dealerships and their customers have better experiences, teaming up with colleagues across A2Z Sync, trying new ideas with purpose, taking responsibility for your work, and rolling with change as we grow and improve together.

Leadership Competencies

Partner with leadership to develop executive- and board-level reporting.
Provide scenario modeling, revenue forecasting, and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to align processes and outcomes.

Job Family Competencies – Knowledge

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, marketing funnels, and customer success metrics.
Familiarity with subscription and recurring revenue models.
Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
Comfort with revenue analytics, pipeline analysis, and forecasting methodologies.

Functional Competencies – Skills and Execution

Build, maintain, and analyze revenue dashboards, forecasts, and KPI reports.
Track go-to-market performance across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
Evaluate and streamline workflows for lead management, opportunity tracking, customer lifecycle reporting, and territory planning.
Manage CRM and RevOps tools (e.g., OnRamp, Vitally, Intercom), ensuring system accuracy and data integrity.
Support automation, tool integrations, and data management projects.
Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for leadership and stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table

We’re looking for candidates who:

Have 2–4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Possess strong data analysis skills with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus.
Have experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
Demonstrate strong business acumen with a focus on revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Excel at interpreting data, identifying patterns, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Are proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Are curious, resourceful, and process-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Have excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Are passionate about data-driven decision-making and enabling go-to-market success.
