The businesses this role supports operate in healthcare, staffing, and technology, providing a unique opportunity to be involved in multiple high-impact areas simultaneously.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, and business-minded operator to partner directly with the founder. This person will play a critical role in scaling the business, optimizing operations, and keeping initiatives on track. The ideal candidate is an amazing multitasker with exceptional follow-up skills who can manage complex, cross-functional responsibilities.
Business Growth & Strategy
- Support the founder in scaling multiple businesses by driving growth initiatives and optimizing operations.
- Research markets, regulations, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable strategies.
- Identify process improvements and implement systems that allow the businesses to scale smoothly.
Operations & Problem-Solving
- Serve as a key point of contact for HR, compliance, and operational questions.
- Negotiate contracts with landlords, vendors, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, insurance requirements, and healthcare regulations.
Technology & Efficiency
- Evaluate and implement software tools that improve business processes.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business needs, ensuring projects move forward.
- Proactively find and deploy solutions that reduce friction across the businesses.
Leadership Support & Execution
- Act as the founder’s right hand: tracking initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met, and following up until tasks are complete.
- Handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain a bird’s-eye view across businesses to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from a top university (business, economics, healthcare management, or STEM strongly preferred).
- MBA or MHA is a plus but not required.
Experience
- 3–7 years in consulting, business operations, healthcare operations, or a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment.
- Experience in healthcare, medical clinics, or exposure to staffing and compliance is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of helping grow or scale a business.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
