The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Assistant to provide structure, organization, and support for our sales and marketing efforts. You’ll be the person who ensures leads are tracked, proposals are accurate, and our team never misses a follow-up.

What You’ll Do
- Manage and update sales pipelines for Fire Safety Simulators, FiAR, ResponseMesh, Badger trailers, and more.
- Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM (contacts, opportunities, project details).
- Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and order processing.
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones to keep deals moving forward.
- Generate reports and dashboards for leadership (conversion rates, revenue forecasting, trade show ROI).
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns, trade shows, and customer communications.
- Ensure smooth handoff between sales and production staff.
- Provide administrative support for scheduling, meeting prep, and documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Odoo, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-departmentally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
