As we scale, we’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager who can drive revenue growth, strengthen processes, and lead a high-performing sales team.

What You’ll Do
Sales Strategy & Execution

Lead a team of sales professionals, setting ambitious yet achievable sales targets.

Actively participate in closing enterprise-level deals, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.

Own and deliver on a $5M+ annual sales quota for the team.

Develop and refine sales strategies to maximize pipeline conversion and revenue growth.
Process Management & Operations

Design, implement, and optimize sales processes for scalability and efficiency.

Leverage CRM tools and sales analytics to track KPIs, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.

Ensure smooth handovers to operations and client servicing teams.

Collaborate with leadership to refine revenue forecasts and business goals.
Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, mentor, and retain high-performing sales talent.

Conduct regular coaching and performance reviews.

Build a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For

5+ years of proven sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership role.

Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and customer relationship management.

Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving team performance.

Skilled in CRM systems, pipeline management, and process optimization.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

Experience in IT, SaaS, or training services preferred.
