As a Business Operations & Transformation Intern, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and strategic execution within the CEO Office. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-impact projects that enhance organizational efficiency, scalability, and innovation. You will work closely with leadership to develop processes, optimize workflows, and contribute to initiatives that shape the future of the company.
What You Will Do:
1. Strategic Planning Support
- Support the team in monitoring key company roadmaps, track progress, and generate insights for decision-making.
- Develop reports and dashboards to monitor company performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
2. High-Impact Special Projects
- Support ongoing cross-functional initiatives aimed at driving operational efficiencies, enhancing performance, and streamlining workflows.
- Conduct research, process analysis, and assist in implementing transformative initiatives that support business growth.
- Provide data-driven insights to inform executive decision-making.
3. Organizational Development & Culture
- Support initiatives that foster a high-performance culture, employee engagement, and operational alignment with company values.
- Assist in organizing activities that enhance collaboration and workplace well-being.
4. Operational Excellence
- Support office and lab operations to ensure they are optimized for productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify best practices in workplace operations and resource management.
5. Executive Support & Business Insights
- Provide analytical and administrative support, including preparing executive briefings, presentations, and key performance tracking.
- Assist in the coordination of high-level meetings, ensuring alignment across leadership priorities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Engineering or a related field.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose practical solutions for improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Tech-Savvy: An understanding or deep interest in complex tech. Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Passion for Mission: Enthusiasm for contributing to our mission to revolutionize healthcare.
This is a paid 4 month internship, with a possibility to extend to 8 months.
