CGI is looking for a Business Operations Support Analyst - Investment
The responsibilities of the operation and support analyst include, but are not limited to, the following:

Support users of regulatory reporting and trading applications.

Monitor processes and infrastructure.

The resolution, tracking, and documentation of incidents and requests.
-
Communicate with users and other teams.
-
Participate in Change Management / Release Management (CMRM) processes.
-
Contribute to development projects within an agile team.
-
Execute quality, non-regression, and post-deployment tests.
-
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our applications, our operations infrastructure, our processes, and our documentation.
-
Conduct data analysis for our users or for improvement purposes.
Profile:
-
Experience in a support role and operations in a complex information systems environment.
-
University degree in computer science or relevant field.
-
Experience in a financial environment considered a plus.
Skills:
-
Ability to work with complex information systems.
-
Ability to structure, document, and share knowledge.
-
Written and oral autonomy in English.
-
Familiarity with monitoring and job scheduling concepts.
-
Familiarity with incident resolution and request handling.
-
Familiarity with the ITIL framework considered a plus.
-
Basic financial / capital market knowledge considered a plus.
