Job Title : Dynamics 365 Solution Architect – Quote-to-Cash (CPQ/Revenue)
Job Type : W2/C2C

Responsibilities
- Experience as a Solution Architect in the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, D365 Finance & Operations, and Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CPQ processes, subscription billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Experience in designing end-to-end Quote-to-Cash solutions (Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, Billing-to-Revenue).
- Knowledge of Azure services, APIs, integration frameworks, and middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Logic Apps, etc.).
- Strong experience in data modeling, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Deep understanding of pricing strategies, product modeling, discounting, approval workflows, and subscription lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with IFRS 15 / ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance is a plus.
- Lead solution architecture and roadmap design for Quote-to-Cash initiatives within Dynamics 365.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.
- Design and implement CPQ capabilities: product configuration, pricing, discounting, approvals, and contract management.
- Oversee integration of Dynamics 365 with ERP (D365 F&O / SAP / Oracle), middleware, payment gateways, and external systems.
- Define architecture standards, integration patterns, and data models for the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle.
- Guide development teams on best practices in Power Platform, Azure, Dataverse, Plugins, and Flows.
- Ensure compliance with security, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide thought leadership on industry best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement in QTC.
- Conduct solution reviews, proof-of-concepts, and oversee delivery of high-quality implementations.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
