The Opportunity
Crosspoint is seeking a dynamic, seasoned executive to join our leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. This unique role combines financial leadership, accounting operations management, HR oversight, and technology adoption to help guide our next stage of growth. This is a rare opportunity for an executive generalist who thrives in finance, operations, HR, and technology, and wants to make a lasting impact in a growing, entrepreneurial company.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all finance and accounting operations: budgeting, forecasting, compliance, risk, insurance, IT, payroll, and benefits.
- Oversee all corporate accounting systems and reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Streamline accounting operations and workflows; implement automation and new platforms to scale.
- Negotiate major contracts, vendor relationships, and insurance renewals.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource, ensuring compliance, benefits administration, and employee support.
- Contribute to strategic growth and business development, representing Crosspoint externally when needed.
- Partner closely with the Executive team to build a high-performing, collaborative culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven CFO/Controller background with broad business exposure to COO/CTO/HR responsibilities. Hold a generalist mindset with the ability to contribute across functions and disciplines.
- Broad-based business experience and proven track record of sound managerial judgement. A strategic thinker who is also hands-on, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
- Be a self-starter, introducing new and creative ideas with a willingness to explore innovative solutions and opportunities.
- Ability to think proactively about Company performance and leverage technology to drive business efficiency.
- CPA preferred but not required.
- Experience in both entrepreneurial and larger organizations, with a track record of scaling teams and systems.
- Strong skills in financial management, accounting operations, compliance, risk management, and IT/automation.
- Strong emotional intelligence and people leadership — approachable, trustworthy, and collaborative.
- Support, train, and provide mentorship to junior team members.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- CPA preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
