WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Work with leadership and department heads to clearly define and track the key operational metrics (e.g., customer acquisition cost, churn, gross margin per product line, operational efficiency ratios) to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Continuously refine KPIs so they remain aligned with evolving business goals and industry benchmarks.
- Prepare and maintain dashboards and reports related to operational metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis to provide clear visibility into company performance.
- Compare operational performance against internal targets and industry standards, and recommend corrective actions or new targets as needed.
- Translate financial and operational data into actionable insights for sales, marketing, operations, and product teams.
- Set up monitoring mechanisms that flag significant deviations in metrics (positive or negative) for proactive decision-making.
- Use operational data to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-term growth strategies.
- Create, send and process invoices, track payments, manage payment schedules, and keep vendors happy.
- Handle expense reports, credit card reconciliations, and month-end financial reporting.
- Coordinate with external accountants while keeping financial records up to date.
YOUR BACKGROUND:
- Bachelor's degree and CPA completed or in progress
- 2+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations or accounting
- Bilingual in French and English – must be fluent in both
- Strong with accounting and BI tools
- Super organized, proactive, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Experience in a startup or tech environment is a plus
