Job Title : Dynamics 365 Integration Lead – CPQ Migration
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 8 – 15 years
Location : New York City, New York
Responsibilities
- 8–15 years of experience in Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance, or Operations) with CPQ implementations.
- Strong expertise in system integration using APIs, middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, KingswaySoft, Scribe, MuleSoft), and web services.
- Proven experience in end-to-end CPQ migration, including legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CPQ.
- Hands-on experience in testing strategies and resolving integration issues.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and extension (Power Automate, Power Apps, Plugins, Workflows).
- Proficient in data migration tools and techniques, data mapping, cleansing, and transformation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce-to-Dynamics migration is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of integration patterns, security, error handling, and monitoring in Dynamics 365.
- Lead end-to-end CPQ migration projects within Dynamics 365, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.
- Design, develop, and manage integrations between Dynamics 365 (Sales, Finance, and Operations) and third-party applications (ERP, CRM, eCommerce, etc.).
- Oversee data migration activities, including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation of CPQ data.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Dynamics 365 integration architecture, including API management, middleware, and data security.
- Provide technical leadership to a team of developers, integration specialists, and consultants.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and migration issues efficiently.
- Support testing activities, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 and CPQ product releases, features, and best practices.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
