About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Revenue Operations Leader to serve as the right-hand partner to our Head of Commercial. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role requiring a "sleeves-up" approach to execution. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across our expanding portfolio of firms by managing key initiatives, optimizing processes, and leading the adoption of critical tools like HubSpot. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can engage confidently at the executive level with managing partners and firm leaders, while also diving into operational details with administrative and support staff.
This position demands a blend of project management expertise, revenue operations acumen, and exceptional interpersonal skills to support our go-to-market strategies and ensure seamless integration of acquired firms.
What You’ll Do:
- Project Management for Go-to-Market Initiatives: Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of go-to-market strategies as we roll out practice areas. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure timely delivery and alignment with growth objectives.
- Marketing Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to enhance proposal processes, refine messaging, and improve overall efficiency in client acquisition and retention efforts.
- Revenue Growth Support: Drive revenue optimization for all firms, including those acquired through our expansion strategy. Identify opportunities, analyze performance metrics, and implement initiatives to boost top-line growth.
- HubSpot Ownership and Adoption: Take full ownership of our HubSpot instance, post-implementation, including system customization and ongoing maintenance. Support individual firms in integrating and adopting HubSpot into their daily operations, providing training, troubleshooting, and best practices to maximize adoption and ROI.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Operate at an executive level by interfacing with managing partners, firm partners, and senior leaders to align on strategic priorities. Collaborate with administrative and operational staff to execute tactical tasks and resolve day-to-day challenges.
- Process Optimization: Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes to support the integration of acquired firms and the expansion of practice areas. Continuously evaluate and refine workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
- Performance Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track revenue performance, pipeline health, and operational efficiency, providing data-driven recommendations to leadership.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during acquisitions and system implementations, ensuring stakeholder buy-in and adoption.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot, PMP) are advantageous.
- 5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role within a professional services firm (accounting/advisory experience preferred). Proven track record in project management, driving measurable revenue growth, and leading change management initiatives in a high-growth environment.
- Expertise in CRM systems, with hands-on experience implementing and managing HubSpot (certification a plus).
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI) to drive strategic decisions.
- Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, and interpersonal abilities, with the confidence to engage at executive levels and the adaptability to work closely with operational teams. Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and build trust with diverse stakeholders.
- Strategic agility with the ability to balance long-term vision with immediate operational needs, adapting quickly to evolving business priorities. Experience designing scalable operational frameworks.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, proactively identifying opportunities and solutions with minimal oversight. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
