We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and help lead the company through its next phase of growth.
The Opportunity:
As CFO, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all financial functions of the organization including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, compliance, and risk. You will work closely with the CEO to drive financial strategy and long-term value creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic financial leadership to support company growth and profitability goals
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, auditing/reconciliation, and analysis
- Manage capital structure, cash flow, and investment strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory standards
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO and board on financial and operational matters
- Support mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, integration, and valuation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners including outside accounting firms, banks, auditors, internal & external legal counsel, and investors
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as CFO, VP of Finance, or equivalent executive role in a mid-market company ($50M–$500M revenue range)
- CPA preferred
- Deep knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management practices, and strategic planning
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Track record of driving business performance through data-informed decision making
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modeling tools
