Chief Financial Officer Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established and growing Florida based
Home Health and
Private Duty organization. They are looking to add a
CFO to their team to help lead their financial and accounting functions. This is a
REMOTE position. Candidates must live in the Eastern Time or Central Time zones. Traveling to Florida is expected. This person will oversee all financial planning, accounting, and revenue cycle functions as well as shared services lines (IT, HR, and Payroll). Senior level financial leadership experience in healthcare or managed care industry is required.
Chief Financial Officer Job Requirements
- VP Finance or CFO experience in healthcare, managed care, or homecare is ideal.
- Financial / accounting leadership experience at the multi-site level.
- Collaborative leadership style.
Chief Financial Officer Job Responsibilities
- Oversite all financial, accounting, revenue cycle, and shared services lines (IT, HR, and payroll).
- Analyze data and metrics to improve financial performance, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Educate and mentor organizational leaders regarding financial performance.
- Strategic collaboration with senior leadership.
