NRG Clinic is a fast-growing telehealth company specializing in hormone optimization, weight management, longevity and wellness services. Our team is small but dynamic—currently a handful of dedicated nurses and sales staff—and we’re looking for someone to help us scale our sales operations effectively and sustainably.
Position Overview:
The Sales Operations Manager will oversee the structure and efficiency of our sales processes across the clinic. This role bridges sales and clinical operations, ensuring that our sales team (product sales, patient conversions) and medical team are supported with the right systems, reporting, and techniques to maximize patient experience and revenue growth.
This is a salary + commission, remote position, preferably in EST or CST
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Process Optimization:
- Map, refine, and enforce sales workflows (lead capture → appointment → consult → invoice → follow-up).
- Build consistency in messaging and patient experience across sales reps.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Track KPIs (cost per lead, conversion rates, rep performance, nurse consult-to-invoice ratio, etc.).
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports for leadership.
- Team Enablement:
- Provide training and coaching on sales techniques and best practices.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure clinical offerings are clearly communicated and sold appropriately.
- Tools & Systems:
- Oversee CRM usage (Zoho CRM/Desk/Analytics) and ensure accurate data entry.
- Work with marketing/operations to align campaigns with sales execution.
- Strategic Input:
- Partner with leadership to forecast revenue, set sales targets, and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Management, or Revenue Operations (healthcare or SaaS preferred, but not required).
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable in a small, entrepreneurial environment where responsibilities may overlap.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,256.74 - $90,341.45 per year
