We’re seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and help guide the growth of our addiction and mental health treatment programs. This is more than a numbers role — it’s an opportunity to combine financial expertise with purpose-driven work that changes lives.

Lead all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, and audits.

Prepare financial statements and forecasts to guide decision-making and growth.

Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets and ensure financial health.

Manage company benefits programs, including 401(k) and health plans.

Oversee cash flow, forecasts, and long-term financial strategy.

Provide insights on operations, revenue growth, and efficiency opportunities.

Collaborate with owners and leadership to set priorities and drive success.

Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.

CPA preferred, but not required.

8+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience; CFO or senior leadership experience a plus.

Background in healthcare or behavioral health finance strongly preferred.
