What You'll Do:

Lead, coach, and mentor Analysts, helping them grow their skills and careers
Translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategy and decision-making
Manage requests, stakeholders, and timelines with proactive communication and clear prioritization
Improve workflows, support teammates, and drive transformative change across Revenue Operations
Use your expertise with Tableau and data visualization to deliver impactful reporting

Compensation (based on GEO code): Can be higher depending on experience.

Big Cities (SEA, NYC, Boston, Chicago, etc.) - $85,100+
Regional Cities (Malvern, etc.) - $81,300+
South (Nashville, etc.) - $77,400+
Rural Areas - $69,700+

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's or Master's in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
5-10 years of progressive experience in analytics, operations, or business insights
Leadership experience (coaching, training, developing team members)
Strong foundation in revenue cycle or healthcare operations
Advanced MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; basic SQL and Tableau required
Strategic thinker with a drive to challenge the status quo

️ Travel: Occasional (5-10%, up to 30% at times)
