Position Summary
The Business Operations Manager will oversee and optimize day-to-day business functions across departments. This role is critical to ensuring operational efficiency and cross-functional alignment. You’ll work closely with leadership to implement systems, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with department heads to align operations with strategic goals.
- Oversee budgeting in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Assist with site operations including managing supplies, scheduling routine maintenance, and other facilities needs.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
