CMOE is positioned for long term growth, so we are seeking a Director of Business Operations/Office Manager to join our team and work from our headquarters office in Sandy, Utah.
The Director of Business Operations/Office Manager position is an integral role in CMOE’s entire business model. The ideal candidate is someone who can fulfill a wide variety of responsibilities and coordinate with all business operations including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product Design and Production.
Responsibilities:
- General office management
- Supervision of the production team
- Oversee production and distribution schedules
- Prepare invoices
- Track accounts receivable
- Lead weekly staff coordination meetings
- Support and assist the Senior Executive team
- Support HR activities (including recruitment, selection, training, and orientation)
- Ensure coordination and alignment among customers, sales, design, shipping and production
- Provide client management support and oversight
- Schedule clients for Executive Coaching
- Research articles and resources
- Build relationships with VPs and their clients
- Build relationships with contract consultants
- Oversee travel management system
Qualifications:
- Experience in the professional services field
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- High levels of attention to detail and quality
- Successful track record in completing multiple projects and managing multiple priorities
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Able to identify innovative solutions to problems and challenges
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to relate to all levels of an organization
- Successful track record in supervising and leading people
- Comfortable with ambiguity, change, and challenging the status quo
- Customer-service oriented
- Proven work ethic
- Sharp memory and ability to track information
- Professional and self-aware (emotionally intelligent)
- Highly-efficient, results-driven personality

Compensation
$44,000-$50,000 (based on experience)
