The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will have extensive RCM experience covering major vendors such as R1, Athena, and Zotec. Experience with a hospitalist group, managing RCM changeover, and contract management is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Special projects scoping and management with our in-house finance team
- Strategic decision support for RCM for a growing company
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
- Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
- Manage relationships with banks
- This is a contract position
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills
- 7 - 10 years' of finance experience
- CPA or MBA recquired
- Experience in healthcare staffing
- Experience managing RCM
