Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $100.00 to $120.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide independent financial leadership by assessing operating costs revenue cash flow and collection performance.
- Evaluate financial and operational results by service line provider and location and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support capital projects and acquisitions through budgeting modeling due diligence and integration planning.
- Assist with public sector funding efforts by supporting budget submissions compliance and financial readiness.
- Design executive level reporting dashboards forecasts and scenarios to support decision making during the engagement.
Requirements
- Bring significant senior level finance leadership experience with responsibility for strategic and operational initiatives.
- Demonstrate strength in financial analysis performance evaluation and cost optimization in complex organizations.
- Operate comfortably in fast moving transitional environments with a highly execution focused mindset.
- Communicate clearly with executives and translate complex data into actionable insights.
