About the Company:
LHH Executive Search, a division of the Adecco Group, is assisting an exciting pre-commercial biotech organization with their search for a Chief Financial Officer. This position is located in either the New York City or Raleigh, NC areas with expectation for a hybrid schedule. No relocation will be offered nor fly-in/remote options.
About the Role:
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will act as the organization's Finance and Accounting Leader. Ideal candidate will have experience with SEC Reporting, implementing internal controls, financial planning and analysis as well as investor relations. CEO is looking for a candidate that can be hands-on yet has experience leading an organization through the commercialization process.
Requirements:
- Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry Background A Must
- CPA with Big 4 Public Accounting Pedigree
- Strong technical accounting/SEC reporting experience
- ERP Implementation/System Selection
