Seeking an experienced CFO for a $25M educational not for profit. Position is remote with some minimal domestic travel required. Ideal candidate will have grants experience, strong leadership and have been in a CFO role for at least 5 years. CPA required. Salary between $185k to $215k.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements financial policies and procedures and ensures compliance.
- Oversee long-term budgetary planning and cost management in alignment with the firm’s short and long-term goals.
- Optimize accounting processes through increased automation and implementation of digital tools
- Responsible for management of accounting staff.
- Guides internal treasury, purchasing and financial controls companywide; ensures financial processes are audit-ready.
- Lead capital planning, liquidity management, and investment strategies that ensure long-term financial health and flexibility
Qualifications
- Experience with educational non-profits
- CPA required
