Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Quinn Building Components. As our Sales Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the flow of information and ensuring smooth handoffs between departments. You’ll be the central connection point between Sales, Estimating, Design, Production, and Dispatch — helping to turn requests into results. Duties
- Manage and respond to all incoming requests through the Order Desk Email Portal within set timeframes.
- Coordinate job setup in MiTek, including creating folders, mapping files, and updating shipping dates.
- Route and track requests across departments (Sales, Estimating, Design, Production, Dispatch) to ensure completion.
- Maintain accurate job data, customer information, and KPIs within business systems.
- Review and update the Open Job Schedule, escalating bottlenecks and tracking delays.
- Support cross-functional teams with quoting, drawing coordination, supplier communication, and scheduling alignment.
- Communicate professionally with customers and suppliers to clarify requests, timelines, or provide updates.
- Proactively identify workflow gaps and contribute to process improvements and team discussions.

Preferred Experience
- Experience with ERP systems (Bistrack & MiTek preferred) and business software tools and applications.
- Background in change management or process improvement.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Previous experience in a growth-driven or fast-moving organization.
Education
- High School Diploma required; College or University Degree preferred.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, process automation, and business tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 44 per week
