Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the financial strategy of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of corporate finance, risk management, and regulatory compliance. As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping our financial future while ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial operations, including corporate accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
- Lead mergers & acquisitions activities to support business growth and expansion.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GAAP, IFRS, ASC 606, COSO, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market analysis to inform strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Manage treasury functions and cash flow to optimize financial performance.
- Perform risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Supervise payroll management, expense management, cost control, and budgeting processes.
- Prepare and interpret financial reports for stakeholders, providing insights into profit & loss statements and overall financial health.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective leadership and mentoring of finance teams.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within corporate or non-profit sectors.
- Strong background in financial accounting, governmental accounting, public accounting, technical accounting, and cost accounting.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.
- Excellent negotiation skills with experience in business development and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in financial software systems and tools that enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
