Overview
As the Business & Sales Operations Manager, you will serve as a critical bridge across administrative, sales, and systems operations during a high-growth phase of the company. Reporting directly to the CRO, you will oversee and execute key functions spanning HR, compliance, ERP implementation, systems integration, and sales operations.
This is an interim hybrid role designed to build the foundation for both business and sales operations. Over time, the position is expected to evolve into two dedicated roles — Business Operations Manager and Sales Operations Manager — giving you the opportunity to shape both functions and ultimately grow into a leadership path aligned with your strengths.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and adoption across teams
- Develop dashboards and reporting to track pipeline, forecasting, and sales KPIs
- Support sales leadership with process design, lead management, and performance analysis
- Streamline quoting, contract, and deal-tracking workflows to improve efficiency
- Partner with the CRO to evaluate and implement sales enablement tools
Business & Administrative Operations
- Lead the implementation and integration of the company’s new ERP system, working cross-functionally with finance, operations, and sales to ensure successful deployment and adoption
- Oversee and implement internal systems (HRIS, document management, CRM integrations, ERP modules, etc.)
- Standardize SOPs and drive process automation across departments
- Support HR functions including recruitment logistics, onboarding/offboarding, performance review cycles, and employee engagement
- Manage administrative platforms and internal documentation
- Coordinate physical office needs (supplies, vendors, health & safety, space planning)
Compliance & Legal Coordination
- Maintain and update corporate documentation and compliance records
- Track contract renewals, NDAs, and vendor agreements
- Ensure regulatory filings, certifications, and corporate governance obligations are met
- Support CRO and CAO in coordinating with external legal counsel
Risk Management & Insurance
- Assist in coordinating insurance renewals and risk assessments
- Maintain records for liability, worker’s comp, cyber, and general insurance policies
- Track incident reports and assist with mitigation efforts
Project Coordination & Support
- Serve as project manager for cross-functional initiatives led by the CRO or CAO
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for executive and board meetings
- Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, systems implementation, or sales operations
- Proven experience leading or supporting ERP implementation and system integration projects
- Strong familiarity with CRM, HRIS, and other enterprise business platforms
- Demonstrated ability to implement systems and drive operational efficiencies
- Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience building reports and KPIs
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters
- Experience in a growing or mid-sized company strongly preferred

- Sales Operations Manager — focusing on sales systems, forecasting, pipeline management, and enablement
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $59,802.77-$105,000.00 per year
