Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / VP of Finance
About the Role
Green Meadows Partners is representing multiple clients seeking an experienced CFO or VP of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations across corporate and manufacturing sectors. This leader will combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach to drive financial health, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial functions — accounting, FP&A, treasury, and reporting.
- Partner with executive leadership to drive data-informed decisions.
- Build scalable systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Manage banking, audit, insurance, and investor relationships.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and operational excellence.
- Develop and mentor high-performing finance teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- MBA or CPA preferred, but not required.
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong background in corporate or manufacturing environments.
- Proven success in building financial infrastructure, systems, and processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment while maintaining strategic oversight.
