Position: First-Line Supervisors of Non-Retail Sales Workers
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $65–$130/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: Short term sprint
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet project goals.
- Utilize a desktop or laptop computer for project tasks (Chromebooks not supported).
- Ensure high availability for substantial hours during the project sprint.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
- At-will contractor to Mercor.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
