Position: First-Line Supervisors of Non-Retail Sales Workers
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $65–$130/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Design questions related to your occupation as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers.
- Work fully asynchronously around your schedule to meet project deadlines.
- Ensure access to a desktop or laptop computer; Chromebooks are not supported.
- Commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week for the project duration.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 4+ years full-time work experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Non-Retail Sales Workers.
- Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
Compensation & Legal
- Industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
- Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
- Classified as an at-will contractor to Mercor.
- Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
