Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Hybrid / Remote (Preferred: Atlanta, GA)**
Compensation:
- Base Retainer: $1,000/month (paid bi-weekly at $500 per pay period)
- Revenue Share: 3% of company net revenue (paid monthly)
- Performance Bonuses: Based on milestones and KPIs (outlined below)
- Travel Requirement: Up to 25% (for meetings, tours, or events)
About the Role
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a key executive leader responsible for shaping the financial strategy, structure, and sustainability of the company. This role requires a forward-thinking financial strategist who can balance growth with stability, support revenue expansion, and strengthen investor confidence.
The CFO will oversee all financial operations including accounting, forecasting, financial reporting, and budgeting while advising the CEO and leadership team on long-term fiscal planning and growth strategy.
Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute financial strategies that align with company goals.
- Provide ongoing financial analysis, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify new revenue opportunities.
Financial Operations & Oversight
- Manage budgets, accounting, and cash flow operations.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards, tax laws, and corporate filings.
- Supervise bookkeeping, payroll, and vendor payment processes.
- Implement cost-saving and efficiency-improving initiatives.
Revenue Management & Fundraising
- Support and oversee financial strategy for sponsorships, investments, and funding.
- Track and report on ROI for all major projects and initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and partnerships teams to align financial forecasting with revenue goals.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Oversee financial audits, insurance, and tax filings.
- Establish internal controls and procedures to protect company assets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s, MBA, or CPA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or CFO-level leadership.
- Experience with startups, entertainment, or B2B service industries preferred.
- Strong background in cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or other accounting software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
