The Role
We’re looking for a GTM & Growth Lead (Marketing Associate) to drive go-to-market execution and growth strategy for Touchstack’s AI products ( Quadrant, Touchstack, Ergatos).
This is a strategic, hands-on role that bridges marketing, product, and business development, ideal for someone eager to shape how emerging AI technology connects with global brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute go-to-market and growth strategies for AI products.
- Develop marketing and partnership initiatives focused on FMCG brand growth and agency relations.
- Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (content, events, partnerships, digital).
- Define product positioning and messaging for enterprise audiences.
- Support lead generation, pipeline development, and market expansion.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise campaigns for growth outcomes.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years’ experience in marketing, growth, or GTM strategy (preferably in tech, SaaS, or FMCG).
- Understanding of AI technologies, automation, or analytics platforms.
- Excellent written, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with agencies or brand partnerships is a plus.
- Curious, data-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
