Our EMEA HQ in Munich is expanding — and we’re looking for a motivated Assistant (m/f/d) to support our Sales Operations and General Management team.
🚀 Your Role
You’ll be the backbone of our Munich office — supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and keeping our customers and partners happy.
Your key responsibilities:
- Coordinate meetings, events, and schedules
- Prepare quotations and handle customer inquiries (phone, email, in person)
- Support order management and supply chain coordination
- Assist with onboarding of new team members and distributors
- Manage customer data in Salesforce, perform market research, and prepare reports
- Contribute to customer service, relationship building, and social media activities
💡 What You Bring
- Strong customer focus and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in German and strong English (collaboration with our US HQ and global teams)
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP)
- A positive, structured mindset and enthusiasm for working in an international, fast-paced environment
