Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will lead financial planning, oversee financial reporting, and manage financial operations to align with the company’s strategic objectives. They will analyze financial data, develop budgets, and prepare comprehensive financial statements to ensure compliance and transparency. The CFO will also collaborate with executive leadership to provide insights, recommend strategies, and strengthen financial decision-making to support the company’s growth and stability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Strategy Development
- Proficiency in Financial Statements, Analysis, and Compliance
- Strong skills in Finance and Analytical Problem-Solving
- Experience in Financial Reporting and Stakeholder Communication
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven track record of managing large-scale financial operations
- CPA, CFA, or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
