This role sits within the B2B Commercial Sales organisation, supporting business leaders who bring cutting-edge mixed reality products to enterprise clients across EMEA.
The Role
As part of the Business Planning & Operations (BP&O) team, you’ll act as the bridge between business and analytics — helping shape strategy, drive operational excellence, and ensure the sales organisation is set up for success.
You’ll partner closely with senior sales leaders to define goals, track performance, and deliver insights that influence global decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Lead strategic, operational, and financial planning for the B2B commercial sales team.
- Run business reviews, forecast meetings, and drive decision-making through data.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, analytics, tooling) to execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage reporting frameworks for sales performance, revenue, and pipeline forecasting.
- Identify and lead process improvements that enable scale and efficiency.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in business planning, sales operations, or revenue strategy — ideally in big tech, SaaS, or enterprise B2B environments.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset — confident using data to drive decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Salesforce and Tableau a plus.
- Experience in strategic planning, forecasting, and KPI reporting across global teams.
- Background in channel or reseller operations is an advantage.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
- Are passionate about emerging technologies like AR/VR and AI.
- Enjoy turning data into strategy and insights.
- Work well in fast-paced, global, and highly collaborative environments.
- Can balance structure with agility — building processes while adapting to change.
