We're looking for an
Executive - Sales Operations to join our Sales Management team, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations while partnering closely with Sales Managers, Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer journey.
This is more than an operations role - it's an opportunity to influence business performance, improve processes, support commercial decisions and contribute to the success of one of our automotive brands.
What You'll Do
As part of the Sales Management team, you will:
- Partner closely with Sales Managers and Key Account Managers to support daily sales operations and business performance.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries, test drives and customer fulfilment to ensure a seamless ownership experience.
- Support showroom operations, including the management and readiness of demonstration vehicles.
- Monitor vehicle inventory, stock allocation and vehicle movements to optimise sales opportunities and profitability.
- Liaise with principals, customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
- Track operational issues, recommend solutions and provide timely updates to the Sales Manager.
- Analyse sales trends, maintain customer databases and identify opportunities to grow untapped customer segments.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, promotions and commercial initiatives that drive sales performance.
- Support pricing and product strategies by providing operational insights and market information.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline and digitalise sales processes for greater efficiency.
- Lead, coach and support a team of Sales Consultants to ensure operational excellence, customer satisfaction and achievement of sales objectives.
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is commercially minded, organised and enjoys working with people across different functions.
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- A degree in any discipline and an interest in sales operations or the automotive industry.
- Experience in sales, commercial, retail or business operations is an advantage, but we're also open to early-career talent with the right mindset.
- Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, analytical and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative, customer-first attitude with the agility to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Natural inclination to 'roll-up-your-sleeves' and getting your hands dirty is a pre-requisite
