Mission
Accelerate revenue growth and GTM excellence across Trantor’s Product Engineering, Post-Sales Lifecycle, and GenAI portfolios (Athena | StoryGen).
Why This Role Is Exciting
We’re seeking a hands-on GTM and Revenue leader from a B2B SaaS or Consulting-led services background.
You’ve scaled SaaS or tech-services offerings to multi-million-dollar revenue, built partner or alliance-driven GTM plays, and know how to align sales, delivery, and marketing into one motion.
If your experience is primarily in internal IT, product management, or consumer marketing, this role isn’t the right fit.
This role is for a builder — someone who’s been in the trenches of tech services and knows what it takes to turn strategy into measurable growth. You’ll shape how Trantor takes its Product Engineering, Post-Sales, and GenAI innovations (Athena | StoryGen) to market — designing playbooks, refining value stories, and driving real revenue impact. It’s ideal for a senior GTM professional who’s still hands-on, comfortable partnering with sales and delivery, and energized by scaling new offerings across industries like FinTech, SaaS, and Cybersecurity. If you’re ready to bring speed, structure, and storytelling to a fast-moving growth environment — this is your stage.
Roles & Responsibilities
1️⃣ Strategy & Market Impact
- Define and operationalize GTM playbooks for services and GenAI accelerators.
- Segment markets, refine ICPs, and identify whitespace expansion opportunities.
- Craft differentiated value messaging and positioning across verticals (FinTech, SaaS, Cybersecurity).
- Outcome → Clear, repeatable GTM motion with aligned messaging and pricing strategy.
2️⃣ Revenue Acceleration
- Drive $XXM+ pipeline and conversion targets across strategic accounts.
- Partner with Sales & Delivery to expand wallet share and improve NRR.
- Establish revenue dashboards, forecast models, and margin visibility.
- Outcome → Consistent double-digit YoY growth and improved pipeline velocity.
3️⃣ Enablement & Partnerships
- Align cross-functional teams on offerings, proposals, and partner GTMs.
- Launch joint programs with key alliances (Temenos, SingleStore, Palo Alto Networks, etc.).
- Train and enable sales teams on value-based storytelling and solutioning.
- Outcome → Scalable, partner-driven growth engine powered by GenAI differentiation.
Key KPIs
- Revenue Growth: >20% YoY
- Pipeline Coverage: 3× of Quota
- Partner-Sourced Revenue: 25%+
- GTM Playbook Adoption: >90% teams
- Customer NRR: >115%
Ideal Profile
You’re an experienced yet hands-on GTM leader who brings both maturity and momentum. You’ve spent your career inside technology services or consulting environments, shaping how offerings are positioned, priced, and scaled. You balance strategy with execution — as comfortable in the boardroom as you are building playbooks with sales teams.
- 12–18 years of experience in GTM, Revenue Strategy, or Business Growth roles within tech services, SaaS, or digital engineering.
- Proven success driving multi-million-dollar growth and scaling service offerings or accelerators across markets.
- Deep understanding of enterprise GTM motion — segmentation, ICP refinement, and positioning across verticals like FinTech, SaaS, or Cybersecurity.
- Skilled at aligning Sales, Delivery, and Partner ecosystems to create commercial leverage and cross-sell impact.
- Known for clarity, storytelling, and collaboration — you inspire confidence in both execs and go-to-market teams.
- Energized by GenAI and emerging tech — you see how innovation can power differentiation in GTM strategy.
