Seeking IT Professional who has led end-to-end ERP business transformation / (SAP, Infor, Sage, other dealer or retail management) applications initiatives (heavy in O2C & P2P areas; with experience in CRM) ...and overseen applications teams (business analysts / applications analysts / product teams) supporting business processes (i.e., someone with functional process knowledge). Must have experience as a Director, Business applications or similar role...preferably in $1B+ organizations in Retail or Service industries.
Someone who has MS Dynamics would be great since they will be overseeing this area, but any ERP/CRM is important. If they have worked w/ DMS that would be great but not mandatory. Someone who has overseen any sort of BI tech (Power BI, Tableau) more in terms of UI/UX to figure out which dashboards would be useful. Any ERP like SAP or Oracle will be okay for this role. This person should be hands-on.
