Core Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound leads: monitor, qualify, assign, and track in Salesforce
- Support ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) pricing: gather information, use configurator, coordinate with sales engineering
- Execute sales follow-up tasks: campaigns, tradeshows, email templates, maintain high completion rates
- Coordinate events, demos, and showroom visits: scheduling, logistics, communication, post-event follow-up
- Maintain CRM data hygiene: data entry, reporting, cleanup, partner with Salesforce admin
- Facilitate internal communication: status updates, process documentation, operational support for VP of Sales
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, coordination, or inside sales support
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
