Responsibilities
- Handle daily marketing activities including social media outreach, lead generation, and campaign coordination.
- Communicate with students, parents, and college representatives in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
- Manage class groups, share program information, and maintain strong student relationships for better engagement.
- Support business operations such as data entry, CRM updates, scheduling, and follow-up communication.
- Identify potential leads through class leaders, campus networks, and social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns for psychology, tech, business, and creative programs.
- Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of marketing, business operations, or sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, and basic office tools.
- Freshers or recent graduates (2023–2025) encouraged to apply.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the EdTech industry.
- Ability to manage time effectively and maintain accuracy in tasks.
Salary:
At Modern Syllabus, every candidate starts with a 1-month internship, followed by a performance-based salary of ₹15,000–₹20,000. Based on consistent results, you will receive career growth every 6 months, with roles like Senior BOE and Team Leader, along with a higher CTC and incentives.
