About The Role:
At FacilityOS we have built and continue to build, a modern revenue engine — one that runs on clean data, smart automation, and seamless system integrations.
We’re looking for a Senior GTM Systems Specialist to help design, build, and maintain the GTM systems that power our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
In this role, you’ll focus on techstack administration, integrations, and workflow automation — ensuring our go-to-market stack is scalable, efficient, and insight-driven. You’ll also explore how emerging AI and automation tools can make our operations faster and smarter.
You’ll report to the Senior Manager of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with partners across GTM, Enablement, and Data — serving as the connective tissue between business processes and the systems that support them.
Salesforce & GTM System Administration
- Own day-to-day administration and optimization of Salesforce — including fields, flows, automations, and dashboards.
- Ensure Salesforce and connected systems (HubSpot, Gainsight, Gong, Salesloft, Pendo, etc.) work together to provide a unified, accurate view of the customer lifecycle.
- Partner with GTM teams to design scalable processes that align with business goals.
System Integrations & Automation
- Build and maintain integrations between GTM tools using APIs or low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato).
- Identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve data accuracy through automation.
- Explore and pilot AI-assisted automations (e.g., task summarization, lead routing, data enrichment) that enhance productivity.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain data integrity, hygiene, and governance across GTM systems.
- Build and refine reports and dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership.
- Collaborate with RevOps teammates and the data team to support analysis and forecasting efforts.
Tooling & Process Enablement
- Support tool evaluations, implementations, and change management for new GTM technologies.
- Create documentation and training to ensure teams understand and adopt system updates.
- Act as a subject matter expert for system functionality and workflow best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems roles at a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator — comfortable designing and managing flows, fields, automations, and dashboards. (Admin certification preferred but not required.)
- Familiarity with GTM tools such as HubSpot, Gainsight, Gong, Pendo, Salesloft, or similar.
- Experience with low-code automation or integration tools (Zapier, Make, Workato, etc.).
- A strong understanding of data structure, reporting, and process scalability.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for how AI and automation can enhance RevOps efficiency — you don’t need to be an expert, just eager to experiment and learn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a desire to build clean, scalable systems.
