On behalf of our Financial Services client, Procom is searching for a Marketing Manager – Mid-Market GTM / Demand Generation for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

Marketing Manager – Mid-Market GTM / Demand Generation - Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager, Mid-Market GTM to execute go-to-market campaigns designed to drive pipeline growth and revenue for Mailchimp’s Mid-Market business. This role involves close collaboration with sales, sales operations, and marketing teams to bring campaign strategies to life, focusing on lead generation, account-based marketing, and sales enablement.

Marketing Manager – Mid-Market GTM / Demand Generation - Responsibilities:

Execute Mid-Market Campaigns by partnering with the GTM Lead to implement end-to-end campaign plans
Develop and execute high-impact marketing assets, including sales play collateral and multi-channel communications
Support execution of end-to-end ABM programs targeting key mid-market accounts
Work with the mid-market sales team and GTM lead to operationalize “hunting” motions
Monitor campaign performance and funnel metrics, sharing insights with stakeholders

Marketing Manager – Mid-Market GTM / Demand Generation - Mandatory Skills:

5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or tech industry
Proven experience executing integrated campaigns and content that drive pipeline and influence revenue
Deep understanding of working with sales teams and sales motions
Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems, such as Marketo and Salesforce
Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and stakeholder groups simultaneously

Marketing Manager – Mid-Market GTM / Demand Generation – Nice-to-Have Skills:

Hands-on experience with ABM tools like ZoomInfo, Demandbase, Bombora
Data-driven thinking with curiosity to test, learn, and optimize
Ability to balance creative storytelling with operational rigor
A bias for action in turning strategy into execution quickly and effectively
A collaborative, team-oriented approach to working with sales and marketing partners
