Primary Role
The
Director of Sales Operations, Solution & Strategy Development at Myonex will be a key member of the commercial leadership team, responsible for driving strategy and execution across packaging solutions (primary, secondary, and commercial) as well as drug sourcing services. This leader will oversee sales operations, salesforce CRM processes, proposals, and solution development - ensuring Myonex delivers compelling, value-driven strategies to clients. This role will report directly to our Chief Growth Officer.
This is a US remote based role.
Duties - Sales Operations Leadership
- Implement and optimize Salesforce processes to support pipeline management, forecasting, KPI tracking, and commercial execution.
- Partner with BD and Chief Growth Officer to develop sales enablement tools and insights that drive revenue growth.
- Establish governance, workflows, and reporting structures that ensure accuracy, visibility, and efficiency to have a strong sales operations function.
- Solution & Strategy Development
- Lead cross-functional development of packaging and drug sourcing strategy for each business opportunity BD provides (primary/secondary/commercial packaging, drug sourcing etc) to meet evolving client needs.
- Manage a team of solution leads/experts to design competitive proposals, pricing strategies, and client strategies that balance innovation, feasibility, and profitability. Responsible for creation/review of solutions, strategy and proposals as required to support the team.
- Drive the alignment of solutions strategy with broader GTM and corporate growth objectives.
- Proposal & Pricing Management
- Oversee global Proposals team to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling client-facing materials.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders to safeguard margins and ensure operational feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Standardize proposal processes with Proposals Manager, templates, and approval workflows to improve turnaround time and win rates.
- Leadership & Execution
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team across Sales Operations, Proposals, and Solutions.
- Act as a thought partner to commercial leadership while rolling up sleeves to execute individually on tasks with urgency and discipline.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of clinical trial supply experience
- 5 years of people management experience (preferred)
Skills/Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM, pipeline forecasting, KPI reporting, and commercial process design.
- Experience in packaging solutions (primary, secondary, commercial) and/or drug sourcing highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing proposals, pricing, and/or solution development teams.
- Timeline management and client delivery.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent numerical competence to analyze facts and figures.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire entrepreneurial execution.
- Ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
- A flair for negotiation and networking.
- Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines.

- High level skills in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
