THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic and financial future of the business. As our CFO, you’ll be the commercial engine behind the numbers – driving strategy, building financial systems for scale, and ensuring every decision supports sustainable, profitable growth.

WHO YOU ARE
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills / knowledge / experience:
+ Have scaled a high-growth consumer or D2C brand and know how to balance ambition with financial rigour.
+ Have international experience.
+ Are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
+ Are deeply commercial, curious and thrive on turning insight into impact.
+ Care about wellness, sustainability and performance living.
+ Love the energy of a founder-led business where you can shape the next chapter.
+ Bring pace, positivity and that “get stuff done” spirit and expertise.
+ Live on or near the South Coast (we’re in Lewes, East Sussex) and are happy to be in a primarily office-based role.
