We’re seeking a dynamic, hands-on CFO to partner directly with ownership and the CEO and lead all financial, and accounting operations in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
What You’ll Do (and Own):
- Oversee full-cycle accounting: GL, AR/AP, payroll, invoicing, credit/collections, banking, and monthly financial closes
- Deliver sharp financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and strategic planning for acquisitions & profitable growth
- Interface with CPAs, auditors, banks, and insurance providers
- Hire, develop, and lead a small admin/accounting team
- Use (or master) QuickBooks and modern office tools
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s in Accounting (BBA) required; CPA, CMA, or MBA strongly preferred
- 5–7+ years progressive experience in retail, distribution, or construction industries
- Proven CFO or senior accounting leadership experience with an ability to close the books, lead a team, and execute fiscally responsible business decisions
- Strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and a proactive “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude
- Ability to thrive in a visible, high-accountability role reporting directly to the CEO
