Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The firm is seeking a highly driven and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the rebuilding and transformation of its Finance function. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional with strong technical expertise and a hands-on approach to shape the financial backbone of a fast-growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rebuild, lead, and scale the Finance department to support the firm’s growth agenda
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management, and controls
- Develop robust financial processes, systems, and discipline across the organisation
- Partner closely with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making and capital allocation
- Support fundraising, banking relationships, investor reporting, and financial planning
- Ensure high-quality financial governance, risk management, and compliance
Key Requirements:
- Strong technical understanding of finance, accounting, and financial operations
- Solid background in investment banking and/or corporate banking
- Quick to learn, with the ability to operate independently and make decisions in a dynamic environment
- Readiness to work in a startup or high-growth setting, with a hands-on and pragmatic mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Prior experience in building or transforming finance teams is a strong advantage
