Become a Key Player as a Business Operations Manager, Document Product Group
As a Business Operations Manager, Document Product Group, you will drive cross-functional alignment and execution of DPG business and marketing strategies. You will orchestrate end-to-end plans, milestone reviews, and risk management while communicating key decisions to executives and stakeholders across Adobe. This is a staffing engagement targeted from 12/01/2025 to 02/01/2026 with a 40-hour workweek.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver DPG business and marketing strategies.
- Ensure cross-functional alignment across segments to support execution.
- Manage end-to-end execution of plans and initiatives.
- Lead deliverable and milestone reviews; secure alignment before executive reviews.
- Proactively identify and manage project risks.
- Communicate status and key decisions to stakeholders and executives across Adobe.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 10 years of experience in business operations, consulting, strategy, or product management (required).
- Proven experience driving change and leading complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end in highly matrixed organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership with the ability to identify and solve broad, complex issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability; ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
- Experience working with high-level executives.
Here’s What Else Might Help You Out
- Experience with planning processes and/or metrics and measurement (desired).
- Experience with a SaaS software company (strongly preferred).
Pay Range
$65.21 - $81.51/hour
