It supports enterprise-wide platforms and services including critical applications, networks, telecommunication, call centres, hosting, intranet/internet sites; delivers business and corporate funded project; and oversees the delivering of services provided by technology service providers such as Cenitex.
About the Role:
This role provides administrative support to the Workforce Planning and Support team and Office of Chief Technology Officer.
Some of your duties will include:
- Implementing and coordinating a range of administrative functions and processes to support the Technology Solutions and Data Security business operations.
- Preparing, reviewing and supporting development of business documentation including templates, forms and communications.
- Assist with and coordinate improvements to internal processes and procedures.
About You:
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate:
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills that will enable effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to perform to a high quality, a wide range of administrative and office support duties.
- Familiarity in maintaining `source of truth' databases and registers, with a focus on data integrity and reporting requirements.
