The Chief Financial Officer will oversee all financial management for Mankato Clinic. Reporting to the CEO the CFO will have an overall responsibility for developing and implementing the short and long range financial plans, and for initiating appropriate fiscal strategies to ensure viability, growth and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare management, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire teams to a common goal.

This postion works onsite in Mankato, Minnesota.

Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent is required. A master’s degree in accounting, finance, health care administration or related field and/or a CPA certified is preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 10 years progressive healthcare financial management experience with a track record of success; ideally, as a CFO in a multi-specialty clinic setting in a highly competitive market.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of healthcare industry trends, financial management, and regulatory requirements
Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and foster a collaborative work environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and public speaking skills.
Commitment to patient focused care and community focused leadership

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary range: $250,000-350,000 depending on experience
