Essential Job Functions
- Identifies process gaps. Recommends and implements process improvement.
- Meets with clients regularly. Must have excellent presentation skills.
- Establishes baseline requirements and implements application configuration
- Create SOP, WI and Training Materials.
- Complete UAT for and with Operations.
- Use advance analytics to understand the business & drive continuous improvement
- Actively supports the sales process.
- Utilizes best tools and methods to support a variety of data analysis projects
- Effectively interacts with customers, Sales, and Operations to create value propositions.
- Liaison between functional groups – Operations, Sales, Clients, and other Engineers.
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time, some light lifting may be required in some instances.
- Talking, hearing and using hands to operate computer equipment
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain or equivalent
- MBA and/or Industrial Engineering favored
- Minimum of two years of related experience
Other Skills and Abilities
- Technical aptitude: Microsoft Office, Excel (vlookup and pivots), Data visualization including PowerBI, Tableau, and Spotfire, Transportation Analysis Tools, Transportation/Warehouse Management Systems, Microsoft Visio, Network analysis tools, Simulation, and Inventory tools
CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification preferred
