The North Central Business Operations team supports our Minneapolis market, partnering with local leadership to drive strategic planning, financial management, engagement health, and operational excellence. We bring efficiency to internal functions, enabling our teams to focus their energy on what matters most—our clients.
This position is located in
Minneapolis; Minnesota it is a hybrid position with a
minimum of 2 days a week in office.
What You’ll Do
As an Analyst, Business Operations, you will oversee the day-to-day operations for two or more industry portfolios (up to $50M in annual revenue). You will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and financial health across accounts, working closely with client, market, and global teams. This role reports to the North Central Business Operations Manager.
Responsibilities Include
- Maintain accurate sales, opportunity, and staffing data across systems to support pursuit teams.
- Serve as a liaison to the Engagement Management Office and global services teams to research and resolve complex operational questions.
- Deliver accurate and timely metrics and reporting to support account, industry, and market leadership.
- Monitor engagement financials and collaborate with delivery teams to identify and mitigate risks.
- Support account planning, forecasting, and business performance reviews.
- Champion global initiatives and ensure alignment with standard processes and policies.
- Serve as a trusted operational advisor to industry portfolio leaders, equipping them with timely information and insights to drive business decisions.
What You’ll Bring
- 1-3+ years’ professional work experience
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Financial aptitude and analysis skills
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Excel, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Interest in identifying and driving process improvement
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Demonstrates resourcefulness and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving in fast-paced and dynamic environments
Preferred Experience
- Professional services industry experience
- Salesforce or similar CRM tool
- Power BI or similar analytics tool

Compensation And Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range is $53,000 to $70,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
