RevOps Manager
Who we are
Ubiweb is Canada’s fastest-growing digital marketing agency, empowering small and medium-sized Canadian businesses with digital marketing made simple in Canada. We’re also a team of curious, collaborative, and impact-driven people who care about delivering results — and about making each other better every day.
About the role
As Revenue Operations (RevOps) Manager, you’ll be the technical and analytical backbone of Ubiweb’s growth engine.
You’ll own our HubSpot ecosystem, integrate key business systems like Chargebee, and ensure data flows accurately across departments to support smart decision-making.
Your work will empower every team — from Sales and Marketing to Finance and Operations — to act on reliable insights, efficient processes, and clean data.
What your day-to-day looks like
HubSpot & Chargebee Ownership
- Serve as HubSpot Super Admin — build and maintain workflows, pipelines, dashboards, and commission tracking models.
- Manage and optimize Chargebee (billing and subscriptions), ensuring smooth integration with HubSpot.
- Automate revenue recognition, invoicing, and renewal processes to save time and eliminate errors.
- Develop and maintain HubSpot-based commission calculations and ensure they reflect accurate, real-time sales data.
Systems Integration & Optimization
- Build a seamless data flow between HubSpot, Chargebee, and connected tools (e.g., Aircall, Fathom, Google Sheets).
- Identify and implement integrations or automations that reduce manual work and improve visibility across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with IT and external consultants to ensure integrations are reliable, secure, and scalable.
Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Design and maintain dashboards for Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership — ensuring one version of the truth.
- Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights that inform business decisions.
- Lead data analytics and BI projects, connecting multiple data sources to uncover trends, patterns, and performance gaps.
- Support strategic planning through accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.
Data Integrity & Governance
- Champion data cleanliness, accuracy, and consistency across all systems.
- Establish best practices for data entry, management, and validation.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure every report and decision is based on trusted data.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Manage and coach a small, multidisciplinary team (CRM Specialist, IT Manager).
- Partner with leaders in Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align on goals and priorities.
- Advise the VP of Finance on technology improvements, process automation, and new opportunities for efficiency.
What you bring to the team
- 3–5 years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Business Operations.
- Expert-level HubSpot experience (3+ years as a Super Admin).
- Hands-on experience with Chargebee (or similar billing tools) and its integration with HubSpot.
- Strong command of data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to design and manage complex system integrations.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset — you notice when something’s off in the data and fix it before it becomes a problem.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and translating technical insights into business value.
- Nice to have: Experience with Google Workspace administration, cybersecurity, or IT asset management.
