We’re looking for a proactive and organised Business Operations Partner to join our dynamic and fast-paced team.

As a Business Operations Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth and operational excellence, working closely with senior management, technical teams, and stakeholders across the business.
What will you do?
As Business Operations Partner, you will:
- Collaborate with senior management and business stakeholders to elicit requirements for transformational projects
- Shape and manage strategic growth initiatives, supporting a variety of projects across multiple divisions within the organisation
- Support the delivery of tools, systems, data integrations, and other business-critical solutions from design through to implementation, and drive the adoption of new solutions
- Identify, document, and automate business processes to improve operational efficiency
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support the organisation’s AI maturity journey, managing the internal AI roadmap and ensure that initiatives and prioritised and executed effectively
Who are we looking for?
You’re a confident and organised professional with a strong foundation in business operations, change management, digital transformation, or product ownership. You will have:
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a growing business or scale-up environment
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Analytical thinking, with the ability to translate strategic goals into operational plans
- Experience managing data, building business cases, and driving implementation and adoption of new solutions
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate stakeholders and drive initiatives forward
